Customized Products

  • No Refunds or Returns: Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any customized items. All custom orders are final once production begins.

General Products

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns for general products under the following conditions:
    • The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
    • A video must be taken while unboxing the package to verify the product’s condition upon arrival. The video should clearly show the unopened package and the product inside.
    • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Process for General Products

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at rightprintsolutions@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the unboxing video as proof of the product’s condition.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Items must be shipped back in their original packaging.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition and validate the unboxing video.
  4. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • As mentioned, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Any products returned without an unboxing video or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
